CommuniCare Nurse Registry was established by a registered nurse with extensive home health care, public health and administrative experience. Her greatest passion is servicing the community. During a visit caring for patients, she witnessed the need to improve the quality care she observed being provided in home care. This gave her the aspiration to improve the standards of care in the home care industry. Therefore, in 2012, she established CommuniCare Healthcare Services Inc. DBA as CommuniCare Nurse Registry. Our ambition is to make a measurable difference in our clients’ lives and the community in delivering a higher standard of home care services that gives clients and family peace of mind.

Our team understands the challenges that your family is faced with when your loved one needs assistance with care or no longer can stay home alone without assistance. We are here for you, to provide a comprehensive range of home care and support services such as personal, respite, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and palliative care, as well as light housekeeping. We will accommodate your schedule on a short or long term by the hour, day, and night or on a live in basis. Our home care services are versatile, flexible, and customized for your comfort, peace of mind, and well-being that is unique to your circumstances.
A comprehensive care plan is developed that focuses on person centered care that is exclusive to your loved one’s home care needs and living setting or situation be it one lives alone, in a facility, or with you. Once care is starts, we remain in contact with your family to ensure services needed are met according to the care plan or discuss alternatives. If your loved one’s care needs change, we assist in coordinating services and ensure continued care. We closely work with your family each step of the way!
Our home care services are provided by dedicated, reliable, and experience Certified Nurse Aides, Home Health Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses. They are trained according state and the board of nursing standards, undergo state mandated screenings and criminal background checks. We also assess current health status.
CommuniCare Nurse Registry has met all requirements set forth by the Agency of Healthcare Administration (Governing State Department). We operate under very strict state regulations and continuously keep in compliance with state laws and rules under Chapter 400 Florida Statutes and 95A-18.
